  • On the Payment page, you will see the payment gateway providers available. In this tutorial, we will learn how to connect a Xendit account to your school. Click Connect to Xendit, and you will be directed to the Xendit registration page.

    Note: You must register for Xendit via the Eduqat dashboard. If you register directly on the Xendit website, the account type will be different from what you need to manage your school.

  • On the Xendit page, fill in the required information such as your full name, business name, email, and password.

  • Enter your business region. Choose Indonesia if your school is based in Indonesia.

  • Choose your industry type. For example: Education.

  • Enter the number of employees in your school. Count the teachers, admins, and other staff who help with the school operations.

  • Choose your role in the school that you manage.

  • Choose an estimate of the total transaction value per month in your school.

  • Choose how you will use Xendit services. You can choose option 2, 3 or Other. Then, answer that your business has a website.

  • Lastly, enter your active phone number.

  • Optional: Choose a two-step verification method for your Xendit account.

  • After completing the registration step, you will be automatically directed to the Xendit dashboard. Here you can see that your account is still not activated and cannot be used.

  • To activate your Xendit account, follow these steps:

    • Click Activate Account to start the account activation process.

    • You will be asked for some important documents. So before you start, prepare documents such as:

      • Business Identification Number (NIB) or Trade Business License (SIUP)

      • Deed of Company Establishment (Akta Pendirian)

      • Decree of Deed of Establishment (SK Menkumham Pendirian PT)

      • Company Tax Identification Number (NPWP)

    • First, enter your business details such as official name, logo, business description, address, etc.

    • Enter the identity details of the person who will have the authority to manage the Xendit account.

    • Enter the details of the important documents that you have prepared such as NIB/SIUP, NPWP, etc.

    • You will be presented with an agreement document. Study it carefully, and if you agree, accept it.


    • If done, then the account activation process is complete from your side. It takes 1-3 working days for Xendit to verify the data that you have entered. You will be contacted further by Xendit for the next steps if any.
