What is Eduqat Product Creator?

Eduqat Product Creator is a tool that allows you to create and manage your courses and events on Eduqat. With Eduqat Product Creator, you can design your courses with various elements, such as videos, audio, texts, quizzes, assignments, certificates, and more.

Step-by-step how to access Product Creator

Step 1: Log in to the Eduqat Dashboard

To start creating your courses, you need to log in to the Eduqat dashboard and continue with your preferred account.

  • Log in to your Eduqat.com preferred school and go to the Products tab.

  • Click on the + New Product button at the top right corner of the page.

Step 2: Create a new product or course

There are two types of course types: event and self-paced.

  • An event is a one-time event with a set date and time for attendance. For example, a webinar, a workshop, or a live session.

  • A self-paced course is a course that students can learn at their own speed without set deadlines. For example, an online course, an e-book, or an audio course.

The first step to creating a course on Eduqat Product Creator is to create a new product. To create a new product, you need to follow these steps:

  • Fill in your course in the box. For example, you can write “Introduction to Filmmaking”. You can edit this course name anytime later.

  • Click on the + New Product button.

For this example, we will choose Event and Webinar as our course type because we want to offer a career coaching session that requires a specific date and time.

Step 3: Adding your course or event details

For example, we will use the session editor section for creating a webinar on Introduction to Filmmaking. It has the following components:

  • Webinar Details

Use Zoom to track learners' attendance and view its reports, You can also use Google Meet, Skype, or another platform for a live video. You can also provide other information about your webinar, such as the lesson title, the link, the description, and the attachment.

  • Start Date and Duration

This is where you can set the date and time of your webinar. You can also choose the time zone that suits your location. In this case, it is Asia/Jakarta, which is GMT+07:00. You can enter your webinar's duration in hours, minutes, and seconds. In this case, it is 1 hour.

  • Material Settings

This is where you can customize the settings of your webinar material, such as the visibility, the access code, the feedback form, and the certificate. You can choose whether you want your material to be visible to everyone or only to registered participants.

    Step 4: Save and Exit

    • Click on the Discard Changes button to discard any changes you have made and exit the course editor without saving.

    • Click on the Save & Exit button if you want to save your changes and exit the course editor.
