To create a quiz on Eduqat, follow these steps:
Go to the Quiz & Survey section of the Eduqat Product Dashboard.
Click on the + Create Quiz or Survey button at the top right corner of the page.
Choose Quiz from the Form Type menu, and fill the quiz title into Form Title that you want to create for your course.
Fill in the details of your quiz, such as title, section title, descriptions, etc.
Add questions to your quiz by clicking on the Add Question button at the bottom of the page. You can choose from different types of questions, such as multiple choice, single choice, short answer, long answer, etc.
For each question, enter the question text, answer options (if applicable), correct answer (if applicable), feedback (if applicable), etc.
Click on the Save button at the top of the page.

To manage your quizzes on Eduqat, follow these steps:
Go to the Quiz & Survey section of the Eduqat Product Dashboard. You can see all the quizzes that you have created.
You can edit, delete, or copy your quizzes by clicking on the Edit or Delete icons at the right side of each quiz.
To duplicate a quiz that you have created before, click on the Copy icon at the right side of each quiz.

Go to the Quiz & Survey section of the Eduqat Product Dashboard.
Choose Survey as the type of product that you want to create, and choose Next.
Fill in the details of your survey, such as title, section title, descriptions, etc.
Add questions to your survey by clicking on the Add Question button at the bottom of the page. You can choose from different types of questions, such as rating scale, multiple choice, single choice, short answer, long answer, etc.
For each question, enter the question text and answer options (if applicable).
Click on the Save button at the top of the page.
