Step 5: Edit the lesson material settings

Once you upload the file, you can edit some settings for your lesson material. You can mark the checkbox to enable these settings:

  • Allow learners to see preview: This will allow learners to view your lesson material without enrolling in the course. This can help you attract more learners and increase conversions.

  • Set this as a required lesson: This will require learners to complete your lesson material before they can access the next lesson(s). This can help you ensure that learners follow your intended learning path and achieve the learning outcomes.

Step 6: Set the time limit duration

You can also set a time limit for learners to finish your lesson material. This can help you create a sense of urgency and motivate learners to complete your course. You can add hours, minutes, or seconds by clicking and filling the HH / MM / SS box with numbers.

Step 7: Save and exit

Finally, you can save and exit the course editor by clicking the Save & Exit button. You can also mark the Draft checkbox to save your progress as a draft or click Discard Changes button to remove your changes. Please note that discarding changes cannot be undone.
