Step 1: Login to sso.eduqat.com
Enter your email and password.
Choose the school you want to edit.
Step 2: Head into the Eduqat Product Dashboard
You will be redirected to Eduqat Dashboard
From the school dashboard, click Product on the left navigation bar.
From the Eduqat Product Dashboard, click Edit Courses to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Add the assignment to your course
You will be redirected to Course Builder
Choose the course session you want to add the assignment to, then click Add Lesson Material.
Click Exam and choose Assignment
Step 4: Create the assignment with Eduqat Smart AI
Choose Create Assignment with Smart AI, and click Next
From this menu, choose the Grading References from the selected chapter or session of your course. Only text-based learning materials (rich text) can be used as references for AI grading.
Add any additional information or instructions on the Additional Keywords menu.
Click Next button.
Wait until your quiz is successfully generated.
Step 5: Add details to your assignment
Add the Lesson title: Make sure it matches with the course chapter or session you want to create the assignment for.
Add a Description: This will be generated with Eduqat Smart AI; you can refer to this description to configure your grading system.
Add Attachment (optional); you can upload any document if needed.
Step 6: Configure the assignment settings
From the Assignment Settings, you can mark the checkbox to enable these settings:
Require assignment to be graded: Enable this option if the educators need to assess the assignment before learners can access the next lesson.
Set assignment deadline: Enable this option if the learners need to submit assignments before a certain date to complete this lesson.
Allow learners to retake assignments: Enable this option if the learners can submit their assignments more than once.
Grading by Smart AI: This feature uses AI to help educators grade an assignment from learners based on the selected course material.
Select by chapter: Choose the relevant chapter or sessions you have selected before. For example, we have created the assignment for a chapter named "Conclusion".
Criteria: The Eduqat Smart AI created the criteria before. You can simply replace them with your own criteria. You can add as many criteria as you want, but we suggest no more than 5. Make sure the criteria percentage does not exceed 100% for cumulative.
Final Grading by Educator: Activate this if you want to re-check the grading results manually through the Assignment page.
Material Settings:
Set this as a required lesson: Enable this option if the learners need to complete this material before they can access the next lesson(s).
Duration: Set a time limit for learners to finish the material. Enter the numbers in the HH/MM/SS box.
Step 7: Save your assignment.
After you finish editing your assignment, click the Save & Exit button.
Now, your assignment has been successfully generated!
If learners submit their assignments, the Eduqat Smart AI will help grade their assignments based on the settings you adjusted previously.
Additionally, you can choose to mark the course as a Draft or click Discard Changes to cancel the assignment creation.
