How to Cancel Your Subscription Plan on Eduqat

Cancelling your plan means that you will lose access to all the features and benefits of your current plan. To cancel your subscription plan on Eduqat, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1. Login to sso.eduqat.com

  • Login with your email and password

  • Choose the school you want to edit

Step 2. Head into Eduqat My Plan Dashboard

  • Click My Plan on the left navbar

  • Now, your current plan or invoice will appear

Step 3. Cancel your plan

You must understand that if you cancel your plan, you will not gain all feature access to your plan.

  • Click the Cancel Plan button below your current plan or invoice

  • You will be redirected to invoice details. Click the Cancel Invoice button at the bottom of the invoice.

  • A plan cancellation pop-up will appear. Click the Cancel My Invoice button

Step 4. Confirm your cancellation

  • The cancellation notification will appear. Now, your plan has been successfully cancelled.
