To change your school website details, URLs, language, and timezone settings on Eduqat, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to sso.eduqat.com

  • Go to sso.eduqat.com and login with your email and password.

  • Choose the school that you want to edit from the list.


Step 2: Head into the Eduqat Dashboard

  • Click Settings on the left navigation bar.

  • Click Site Settings on the left navigation bar.


Step 3: Editing your school site settings

  • In the Site Setting page, you will see four tabs: Site Details, Site URL, Language Settings, and Timezone Settings.

  • Edit each of these tabs as follows:

Editing the website’s details

  • In the Site Details tab, enter the name of your site in the Site Name field.

  • Click the Site Address field and enter the new address.

  • Click Save to confirm the changes.

Editing the website’s URLs

  • In the Site URL tab, choose between My Eduqat URL or Custom Domain as your primary URL.

    • My Eduqat URL is a default URL that has an eduqat.com label behind your site name. For example, “myschool.eduqat.com”. You can set this URL as primary by clicking the triple dots icon next to it and clicking Set as Primary.

    • A custom domain is a URL that uses your own domain name. For example, “myschool.com”. You need to add this domain to your Eduqat account by clicking the Add Custom Domain button.

    • All other URLs will redirect visitors to the primary URL.

    • You can set this URL as primary by clicking the triple dots icon next to it and clicking Set as Primary button.

    • Click Save to confirm the changes.

Editing a website’s language

  • In the Language Settings tab, choose between English or Indonesian as the site language.

  • This will affect how your site appears to visitors and learners.

  • You can also Allow learners to override the site language by enabling the checkbox below the site language menu. This will give learners the option to choose their preferred language from a drop-down menu on your site.

  • Click Save to confirm the changes.

Editing the website’s timezone

  • In the Timezone Settings tab, choose the correct timezone for your school from the drop-down menu.

  • This will affect how dates and times are displayed on your site.

  • You can also enable the Automatic Timezone setting by enabling the checkbox beside the timezone menu. This will detect the timezone of your visitors and learners based on their location and adjust the dates and times accordingly.

  • Click Save to confirm the changes.
