Here is an example of a prompt and the output:

However, you might want to review and adjust the generated output from Smart AI. It’s always good to check and edit what Smart AI creates for you. It might not always fit your course topic and goals. You also need to make sure the information from Smart AI is correct and relevant.

Smart AI is a great tool that can help you make rich text files for your courses, but it’s not a replacement for your own knowledge and skills. You know best what your learners need and want. 😊

Next, you can add more details into your rich text file by using the same steps as when creating it using blank template.

Step 7: Editing the rich text document settings

The sixth step is to edit the rich text document settings for your Rich Text material. The rich text document settings are where you can customize how your rich text document will be displayed and accessed by your learners. You can edit the following rich text document settings:

  • Allow learners to see preview: This is where you can enable or disable the option for your learners to see a preview of your rich text document before enrolling in your course. If you enable this option, your learners will see a preview button next to your Rich Text material title on the course page. They will be able to view a limited portion of your rich text document without paying or signing up for your course. If you disable this option, your learners will not be able to see any part of your rich text document until they enroll in your course.

  • Set this as a required lesson: This is where you can enable or disable the option for your Rich Text material to be marked as required for completing your course. If you enable this option, your learners will have to read and finish your rich text document before they can move on to the next session or complete the course. They will see a progress bar and a check mark on their dashboard indicating their completion status. If you disable this option, your learners will be able to skip or skip ahead of your rich text document without affecting their course progress.

Step 8: Adjusting the text alignment

To adjust the text alignment, you can choose one of the following options:

To arrange the paragraph position within the rich text, you can use the following buttons:

  • Move Up: Moves the selected paragraph up by one position.

  • Move Down: Moves the selected paragraph down by one position.

Step 9: Setup the time limit for student completion

Duration is a feature that allows you to set a time limit for learners to finish the material. This is required for rich text document. You can enter the time limit in the Duration field, and adjust the time setting by hourly, minutes, or seconds as the unit of time.

Step 10: Save your rich text document

The final step is to save your rich text document and add it to your course session. To save your rich text document, you need to click Save & Exit Button at the bottom of the page. You will see a confirmation message that says “Your changes have been saved”. Additionally, you can also do the following actions:

  • Click Draft checkbox if you want to save as draft: This is where you can save your Rich Text material as a draft without publishing it on your course page. You can use this option if you want to review or edit your Rich Text material later before making it live for your learners.
