To edit your school profile and contact information via the Eduqat Dashboard, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to sso.eduqat.com
Step 2: Head into the Eduqat Product Dashboard.
You’ll be redirected to the Eduqat Dashboard.
From the school dashboard, click Settings on the left navigation bar.
Step 3: Editing the school profile
In this section, you can complete general information about your school.
School Details
School Name: Enter your school name here.
Logo (optional): Upload the logo for your school. This will appear on your school’s landing page and in emails sent to your learners.
Banner (optional): Select or upload your image here. Customize your school’s appearance by uploading a banner image to be displayed on your learners’ dashboard. . To ensure the best quality, please upload an image with dimensions of 367 x 256 pixels in either PNG, JPG, or SVG format.
Favicon Logo (optional): Upload a small icon that will appear on the browser tab when someone visits your school’s website. This will help your school stand out and look more professional.
Step 4: Editing the contact information
Contact Information Section: Let us know how we can contact your school.
Click the Contact Information tab, or you can also directly scroll down to the Contact Information section.
School Email: Enter the email address that will be used for business-related communication, such as billing inquiries or service updates. This email address will also be displayed on your school’s landing page and in emails sent to your learners.
Notification Email: Enter the email address that will be used for administrative notifications, such as new student enrollments or order confirmations. You can use the same email address as the school email or a different one.
