Introducing Groups: A New Feature in Eduqat

Simplify Your School Management with Groups

Are you tired of manually assigning learners to courses one by one? Eduqat's new Groups feature is here to make your life easier.

With Groups, you can streamline your school management by creating groups of learners and automatically enrolling them in products. This means no more tedious individual assignments. Simply create a group, add learners, and assign products, and let Eduqat do the rest.

How to Use Groups

  1. Access the Groups Feature: Log in to your Eduqat dashboard and navigate to the "Groups" section.

  2. Create a New Group: Click the "New Group" button to create a new group. Give your group a descriptive name.

  3. Add Learners: Once your group is created, click "Add Learners" and select the learners you want to include.

  4. Assign Products: Choose the products you want to assign to the group. This will automatically enroll all members of the group in those products.

  5. Confirm and Customize: Review your selections and click "Confirm" to finalize the group. You can always add more learners or products later by clicking the three-dot button and selecting the appropriate options.

Common Use Cases

Groups are most useful whenever the same set of learners needs the same products.

  • Onboarding a batch of new employees: When a new intake joins your school, create one group, add all of them in a single step, and assign your onboarding products. Everyone is enrolled as soon as you confirm the group, so you never have to assign courses one person at a time.

  • Adding someone from another department: When a manager from a different department needs to take a course that a group already covers, open that group, click the three-dot button, and choose Add Learners. They are automatically enrolled in the products already assigned to that group, so there is nothing else to set up.

  • Rolling out a new course to an existing team: When you publish a new product that an existing group should take, click the three-dot button on that group and assign the product. Every member of the group is enrolled at once.

Benefits of Using Groups

  • Save Time: Efficiently manage large numbers of learners and enroll them in courses with ease.

  • Improve Accuracy: Reduce the risk of errors and ensure accurate enrollment.

  • Streamline Processes: Simplify your school management tasks and increase overall efficiency.

By utilizing the Groups feature, you can significantly enhance your school's operations and provide a better learning experience for your students. Give it a try today and see the difference!
