Xendit allows you to send automated notifications to your learners via email and WhatsApp. These notifications can keep them updated on the status of their payment links, including:
Creation: When a new payment link is generated for them.
Payment: When they successfully pay for the link.
Reminders: Gentle nudges to complete their payment before the deadline.
Activating Payment Notifications:
Log in to your Xendit dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Checkout > Notifications.
Under the Customer Notifications section, you'll see options for email and WhatsApp notifications.
Tick the checkbox next to each channel you want to activate (email and/or WhatsApp).
Click Save to activate your chosen notifications.
Congratulations! Your learners will now receive automated updates about their payment links via your selected channels.
