When does a learner need manual verification?
When a learner signs up to your school, Eduqat sends them an OTP (One-Time Password) code by email. They need to enter this code to confirm their email address before they can log in. Sometimes, learners get stuck at this step. Maybe the email landed in spam, the code expired, or they simply missed it. As an admin, you can step in and verify their email for them, so they don't have to start the sign up process all over again.
How to help learners complete their email verification on Eduqat?
To help learners complete their email verification on Eduqat, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Login and head into Eduqat Dashboard
Login to sso.eduqat.com and go into Eduqat Dashboard. This is where you can manage your courses, learners, and settings.
Step 2: Open the list of learners awaiting verification
On the left sidebar, click on the Learners menu. This will expand into two submenus:
Learners: the default view, showing all learners who can already log in.
Unverified Learners: the page that lists everyone who signed up but hasn't entered their OTP code yet.
Click on Unverified Learners to open the page.
Step 3: Review the list
The page shows everyone in your school who is currently stuck at the email verification step. For each person, you will see:
Email: the learner's registered email address.
Sign Up Date: the date the learner created their account.
Expiration Date: the date their entry will be automatically removed if no action is taken (30 days after sign up).
Use this information to quickly spot who needs your help and who is approaching the cleanup window.
Step 4: Verify a single learner
You can verify learners one at a time when only one person needs help.
To verify a single learner, follow these steps:
Find the learner in the list.
Click the Verify button on that row.
Confirm the action on the pop-up window.
Once verified, the learner can log in immediately, and their entry will move from this page to your regular Learners list.
Note: If the learner verified their email on their own just before you clicked Verify, you'll see an "email already verified" notification. Simply refresh the page to update the list.
Step 5: Verify multiple learners at once
If you have several learners stuck at the same time, you can verify all of them in a single action using Bulk Verify.
To verify multiple learners at once, follow these steps:
Tick the checkbox next to each learner you want to verify. You can select as many as you need.
Click the Bulk Verify button above the table.
Confirm the action on the pop-up window.
Wait for the process to complete.
When it's done, a summary will appear showing how many learners were successfully verified and which emails failed, along with the reason. For example, an email may have already been verified just before you ran the action.
Step 6: Understand the auto-cleanup behavior
You don't need to manually delete entries from this page. Eduqat automatically removes any entry 30 days after the sign up date if it remains unverified. This keeps your list clean and ensures that:
Learners can sign up again with the same email once the old entry expires.
You don't need to maintain or clean up stale records manually.
This is also why there is no Delete button on this page. The system handles cleanup for you.
Conclusion
Helping learners complete their email verification on Eduqat is quick and easy. With a clear list of who is stuck, the option to verify one learner or many at once, and automatic cleanup after 30 days, you can keep your onboarding flow smooth and your dashboard tidy. Eduqat handles the housekeeping, so you can focus on supporting your learners.

Will an invited learner show up on this page?
It depends on the invitation flow used:

Invite that requires the learner to sign up and verify with OTP: Before the learner accepts the invitation, they only appear on the Pending Invitations page. After they accept the invitation and complete sign up, but before they verify their OTP, they will appear on both the Pending Invitations page and the Unverified Learners page at the same time. While they are still unverified, the Resend Email button on the Pending Invitations page will be hidden.
