Your school profile is the cornerstone of your educational institution's identity on Eduqat. It represents your brand and showcases your expertise to learners and collaborators. Setting up your school profile is a vital first step in leveraging the full potential of Eduqat. Follow the steps below to create a compelling school profile:

Step 1: Accessing the School Profile Settings

  1. Log in to your Eduqat account using your credentials. If you are the Owner or Admin of the school, you will have access to the necessary settings.

  2. Once logged in, click the school you want to manage in My School section.

  3. Once you enter the admin dashboard, go to "Settings", then click "School profile".

  4. School Name: Enter the official name of your educational institution. This name will be displayed across the platform and in communications with learners.

  5. School Logo: Upload your school's logo to personalize your profile further. A logo enhances your brand's visibility and recognition among learners.

  6. School Banner: Customize your school profile further by adding a banner image that represents your institution's unique identity. It will only be shown in My School section.

  7. Prepare the Favicon: Ensure your favicon is in the recommended format, typically a square image with dimensions of 16x16 pixels or 32x32 pixels. Save the favicon in a common image format such as .ico, .png, or .jpeg.

Contact Information

Your school's contact information is essential for learners and collaborators to get in touch with your educational institution. Setting up the right contact details ensures seamless communication and enhances the overall user experience. Follow these steps to configure your school's contact information on Eduqat:

  1. School Email: Enter the primary email address that will be used for business-related communication, such as billing inquiries or service updates. Make sure to provide an active and regularly monitored email address.

  2. Notification Email: Enter a separate email address that will be used for administrative notifications, such as new student enrollments or order confirmations. This email will receive important updates and communication regarding your Eduqat school profile.

  3. Phone Number (Optional): If you wish to provide a phone number for learners and collaborators to contact your institution, enter the appropriate contact number here. This step is optional, but having a contact number can facilitate direct communication.

  4. Address (Optional): If your school has a physical location or mailing address, you can provide it here. This step is also optional, but sharing your address can be beneficial for learners seeking an offline presence or for administrative purposes.

If you have done filling in all the necessary information, don't forget to review the informations then click "Save Changes" at the right top corner of the page.
